Some of the services that Uptime Solutions offers are as follows:
- IT Managed and Contract Services – Uptime Solutions manages a client IT environment in keeping with certain parameters designated by the client. The client may outsource the management of their entire IT environment or just have us manage their voice infrastructure. These may also include short term network assessments as well. Uptime Solutions provides customized support plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Help Desk Services – Uptime Solutions provides help desk services for some clients, customized to the client’s needs.
- Communications Practice - We have a Communications practice which designs, sells, implements, and/or manages and clients voice communications. We primarily sell and support Cisco Systems products.
- Network Security Practice - We also have a Network Security Practice which can provide service such as Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, Configuration Audits, Compliance and Security Audits.
- Computer Room Design and Build – We provide services to design and build computer rooms. Such designs would encompass power and cooling needs, physical design of the space, fire suppression, backup and UPS power solutions. Uptime Solutions works with several partners to provide these services.
- Staff Augmentation Services – Uptime Solutions provides staff augmentation services to some of its clients based on their needs. These can be short or long term assignments and can be any type of IT or other staff needs.
- Project Based Work – Uptime Solutions also performs work for clients on a project or adhoc basis as well. This could be troubleshooting their network issues, fixing network problems, upgrading their systems, installing new applications, etc.
- Building Security Services – Uptime Solutions provides consulting in this area and is licensed in Virginia through the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice to sell security services in Virginia. Such services include Video Surveillance, Perimeter Security, and Access Control.
- Hosting Services – Uptime Solutions will host your servers, applications, phone system, emails, etc. All of these can be outsourced and done over internet access.
- Video teleconferencing - Video teleconferencing provides real-time, face-to-face communications with partners, clients, contractors and employees over a broadband network. With a video camera at both ends and a robust network in between, conference participants can see as well as hear one another.
- Audio-Visual Solutions – Uptime Solutions partners with the providers of top AV solutions and can bring the best available products to meet its clients needs.
- Network Cabling – Network infrastructure cabling for data, voice and video networks.
