Group was founded with the idea of providing superior customer
service, support, design, implementation and product procurement
for Cisco IP Telephony and the associated technologies that
underpin a converged network.
In order to achieve this goal UpTime Solutions has developed
five “Core Technology Practice” engineering disciplines.
Our unparalleled service and support is provided by supplying
you with high-caliber certified and experienced engineering
resources that fit into one or more of these five “Core
Practice” groups:
UpTime Solutions PSG is extremely focused on the products
and services that we provide. Our clients range in size from
small businesses with a handful of desktops to Fortune 500
Corporations. The products and services we provide these
customers vary dramatically. We have some clients that have
only procured our services for specific one-time projects.
And a number of our clients have outsourced their entire
IT department to UpTime Solutions, but most of our clients
have elected to engage a Network Support
Agreement (NSA).
The NSA provides our customers the following benefits:

- Proactive and Reactive Network Support Services
- Stated emergency response times ( 2-Hour, 4-Hour
or Next Business Day are available)
- Ability to more accurately budget annual IT outsourcing
expenses
- Priority Technical Resource Scheduling
- Ability to submit service requests or access UpTime
help-desk resources by either email or by phone.
- Access to our secure web-portal for viewing of
ticket status
